Not suitable for neurodivergent people

While the training overall is okay for neurotypical people, it is not at all suitable for people who are neurodivergent. Tips to appear more confident (the body language, eye contact etc.) are not just useless for neurodivergent people, but actively harmful and detrimental to their health and careers. They encourage masking instead of actual neurodivergent confidence and focus. While the note about not everyone being physically able to show their confidence through body language and gestures is good, the whole focus on showing the confidence off to people around rather than focusing on being confident, is not inclusive of the disabled and neurodivergent community.

Thought provoking and very encouraging

Feel more confident already

Good training exercise with a couple of tips to help you feel more confident when needed.

As well as for myself, this will be beneficial for the people I support.

Interesting

Had good points And how to look confident even when you don’t feel it Breaking things down to manageable tasks

Good advice, well presented

This course gives you something to think about, and some things to put into practice. While I don't believe that watching the videos will give an instant boost to confidence, there are things you can start doing straightaway – just best practice for anyone, really.

Very encouraging, motivating and good refreshure course

I like the idea that confident people tend to have a growth mindset. And with growth mindset, people are much more resilient because they believe their talents can grow and perhaps next time they will succeed

easy to follow

This was really helpful gave me some good tips to do to be more positive in myself.

Great

Would love a little more content, but great course all the same.
