Communication is a very essential aspect of care. Without a good, satisfactory care service cannot be achieved.
found it to be not very clear
was thinking it was quite good, but question 5 in the training said you could have a befriender, advocate, mentor to help with communication. So on the test why was a befriender the wrong answer when asking who you could have to help with communication not very clear at all.
