laborious format and ambiguous questions

Two points 1. Format I found it really tedious to click through 30 second -1m videos, everyone works differently and perhaps you've had feedback to the contrary in the past that information is better processed in these bitesize chunks. I would like to suggest an option of smaller or larger video viewing be permitted to allow users to make best use of their personal learning styles. 2. Test One of the questions asked about avoiding irrelevant future works, it felt like the wording was confusing in relation (I think) to what plans should include – it also referenced prior works which to my mind shouldn't be included in plans which should relate to what is going to occur and not what has already happened – could this be reworded/considered? Some points discussed in the video are not explicitly referenced in the HSE CDM 2015 legislation – in particular in relation to expectations/requirements between clients and designers, is this implied elsewhere or directly relating to the CDM legislation – as on searching the HSE for follow up, I couldn't find any reference to the "client brief" (which your videos do clearly reference) or how much the designers should be involved in supporting the client distinct to the contractors. Just curious about how this has been determined.
