Explained and delivered in an easy to grasp way
A very good course delivered ay the right level to give us a good base of understanding
helpful guide, a few quibbles
useful to have it all outlined; I'm not sure I totally agree that if someone doesn't know you're uncomfortable but you are uncomfortable, they're by definition bullying you. I think you would need to tell them once that you would like them to stop, and then if they continue at all I would describe it as bullying. Also, I think the mediation route is a distraction and wrongly places the focus on two people not getting on, rather than one of them behaving wrongly. Mediation is very stressful if you are being bullied, you are not part of the problem and their behaviour should be addressed as a standalone issue, in my opinion.
Informing and understandable.
Made me think about what I can say, when and who I can say it too as and well as what can be done about bulling and harassment and the process to follow.
Decent
2.1 Is ambiguous in the sense it is dependent on the depth\scale\intensity as well as that of the victim of such an act. Question 4 asks this and the correct answer relies on the individuals "way" of handling it.
Informative
Good overall view of what bullying is and how to react to it. Good information and guidance easy to follow.
