Odd perspective
Covers off the basics reasonably well. However, I really struggle with the following phrasing: "Unfortunately, from a legal standpoint, your organisation is not liable for any bullying from a third-party if it doesn’t pose a threat to your physical safety". Unfortunately??? This reads like a political position has been taken. Unfortunately for who? Also, I found the advice to create a workplace pact with colleagues and then bring to HR quite strange, making it difficult for the HR function who are the experts on the topic to then influence the content and left to manage a fait accomplit situation. Where does this advice come from? Is it mirrored in ACAS or CIPD? It's just unhelpful in practice and I thought unneccessary.
The training course was very detailed, informative & educational.

Really informative
Great training, learned a lot and appreciated the interactiveness
The course clarified the difference between the two, making it clear what is and is not acceptable, even if neither directly affects you.

Great
This was a very helpful and useful training course. I knew most of it but it always helped to have a refresh every now and again.
Important and informative course for all work places
I found the course harder than I expected. A lot of information to absorb. I stopped the videos on numerous occasions so I could note the highlighted information. Prior to the course I had little awareness of Bullying & Harassment other than general knowledge. Very worthwhile.
Very helpful to clear up the grey areas
The use of the different scenarios was a good as it helps you realise that some things that you would not have believed to be Sexual Harassment actually could be interpreted that way
Perhaps make the course a bit more simpler.
The course is good. However, Not all are good with knowing the meaning of all the different terms. Perhaps if possible make the course a bit more simple using basic laymans terms.
well explain
