You seriously think people will remember what to ask a caller who is warning of a bomb threat? This may have been relevant in the 70's but not so much now.

Intelligent & Technical.
Direct or indirect ; Bomb Threats are likely to be catastrophic ; from the word goes out, verbal or written it can cause severity whether or not any device existed. The course is an awakening to does & don'ts that I was ignorant to!!
