Misses one key point
It does not recognise one key point – that autism manifests differently within male and females. Males tend to show the 'typical' autistic traits, females tend not to. A rather important thing to know.

I understood more about autism from this course in 30 minutes than I did during 46 years of nursing todate. Having the conversations with the Mum and two children was very helpful and added depth to the course

This is a great module for anyone who has limited knowledge of autism. It's easy to follow, informative and reiterates the learning at the end of each section to reinforce what has been said.
