I enjoyed the presentation using both verbal information and images and pictures to assist taking in the information. The training being broken down into short learning windows was also helpful to have some control over pace. I found this to be an excellent learning tool.

This course has given me a much better understanding of assessing Mental Capacity. The trainer kept the course interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and I will take the extra knowledge I have learned back into my job role.

The course was easy to follow and understand and gave good guidance on how to assess mental capacity should this need to be done.

Straight forward and very well thought out test..This programme would be useful in many industries .Just 1 or 2 questions I found confusing to answer,but on the whole a test that most could follow with ease .

I enjoyed this course as it contained interesting information and made it clear about the complexities involved.
