Raises good awareness
Interesting information on how to keep aware of asbestos and the tasks to do incase you were to ever come in contact with it.

It is good training but I have done this at least 3 times and seen the same content. perhaps a change for longer serving staff.
Insufficient application to mortgage valuer and surveyor role
Very informative background. Our professional body has guidance on this and this should be referenced. More examples – there were some great photos of common areas it occurs in but only used as incidental imagery rather than examined. Also confusing for surveyor- do they have to notify the lender knowing the lender will pass on the mortgage valuation report to the new or existing occupant? Should they advise tenants or occupiers when on site?
