good pockets of information
could have done with some parts visual learning
Not the most accessible
Reading subtitles is not an example of visual learning. No way to speed up/slow down the content to make it accessible.
boring but i suppose necessary

The course was informative, and clear
The course was informative, clear and relatable. The presenter spoke well and was easy to understand.
Not a good example
The example of the strawberry farm describes theft or stealing. In a shop the offence would be shoplifting. A member of staff would never be told to confront a shoplifter to prevent tax evasion!
very good on line training
Covered all the key points well
clear and concise
common sense and easy to understand
Concise yet informative
Concise but packed in all the essentials in an easy to understand manner. Real life examples were given so that it was all very tangible.
Well presented
The course was well presented, lots of information to take in in a short period of time, however the key facts were well defined. It was good that you had an opportunity to complete it in your own time which enabled you to revisit the content if need be.
Short and concise learning
Short and concise learning module. I would prefer it to have been presented by someone as opposed to audio only. I found the transcript useful in this instance rather than pure audio but each to their own. Multiple choice questions could have been 20 rather than 10 with a scenario(s) included.
