A general introduction but no real detai
It would have been helpful to have provided some detail into how employees in actual working environments have coped with their own particular anger management issues & what they found worked for them in overcoming these – i.e., putting successful methods in place.
The Course for me has positive teachings
The Course for me has positive education / teachings in it which i have learnt from today which is applicable to not just at work but outside work- knowing anger is neither good or bad but importantly what one can do with it is what matters. I will recommend the course to be done by everyone and periodically dropped in for all to refresh on it again.

Concise, clear and useful
This course wasn't longer than it needed, went through the main points, the causes, symptoms and possible resolutions, leaving room for the learner to apply the content to their own typical situations/triggers. Thank you.
A nice reminder of some tips and tricks
I didn't learn much but it was good to go over some of the tips and tricks to do with anger management, such as mindfulness and doing something productive with the anger.
WHAT THE HECK???
I thought the training was clear and concise but what on earth was that painting behind the trainer? It looked like an arm attached to a face that had had it's skin ripped off. I couldn't take my eyes off it and thought it was very odd for an anger management course to have a picture that looked so violent!
