Interesting, easy to understand.

Really good to hear and understand what active listening means and how to act. My job as a Telephonist is a listening and communication job and it is always good to get further information so I know I am doing my job correctly.

Particularly like the supplementary sheet for additional learning around ways to improve concentration and dealing with ADHD

Very basic course

This course is well presented and non-threatening, easily digestible but not necessarily challenging. This course maybe improved by tailoring it to specific groups i.e. young people undertaking work experience placements – experienced individuals with high levels of communication skills.
