Very knowledgeable and guiding
This course I found interesting and easily explained.I found it quite laid back and not hard to learn at all.this course allowed me to learn through the clips and questions which made the process easier.

Excellent presentation
All relevant information about accident reporting presented clearly and in a much broader sense
Test making me start again
Started of nicely but I accidentally hit the wrong figure in the test and it's made me go all the way back to the start of the slides and won't let me access the test – It's not clear if there is a way of doing this differently. It's a 17 slide show but has now turned into a 30 min session
