Why did you choose iHasco for your eLearning needs?

I spent three months searching for an engaging, up-to-date, high-quality training platform that was simple, pragmatic, and cost-effective. Many platforms offered great content but poor usability, or vice versa, while others were disproportionately expensive for what we needed. iHasco delivered on all fronts – great content, an intuitive platform, and a sustainable cost.

What challenges were you facing before using iHasco and how has our solution helped?

Before iHasco, compliance training was a headache. It was a manual, time-consuming process that offered little real value. It felt like a box-ticking exercise rather than meaningful learning. We wanted training that actually improved knowledge and awareness, not just something to check off a list. iHasco’s bite-sized, engaging courses have transformed the way we train our staff, making compliance both efficient and effective.

How would you describe your overall experience with iHasco?

Excellent. Dan took the time to understand our needs, offered a flexible trial period, and ensured we had the opportunity to explore the courses fully. Plus, iHasco is constantly adding new content, so our training evolves with us.

What do you appreciate most about our LMS?

The customisation and automation. We can brand the platform, assign courses, set frequencies and reminders, and then let the system run itself. Once set up, it’s hands-off, saving us valuable admin time.

Would you recommend iHasco to other businesses? If so, why?

Absolutely. After three months of searching, I nearly gave up, convinced that the perfect solution didn’t exist. Then I stumbled upon iHasco and it exceeded all expectations.

What advice would you give to other organisations considering eLearning?

The user experience matters. A great platform should be easy to use for both admins and learners. iHasco nails this, offering concise, engaging training that gets straight to the point without wasting employees’ time. Not many people love training, but with iHasco, at least they like it!
