Simple to understand. Can’t go wrong with this training.
This was a very basic introduction to emails and how they work (only really useful for individuals new to using email).
I learnt a good tool so someone reading emails can see the most important part of the email.
Really helpful, and useful for my role. Very clear on how to send emails and like the link to the cheat sheet as a reminder
Extremely basic. Good for people who've never written an email and did go through every point of an email - but would have been good to actually use one or more example emails, comparing a long email and then a shorter, better written email to demonstrate picking out key features / information

Useful refresher
Most of the course was covering basic knowledge, however it is always good to have a refresher. The presenter was clear and engaging. I found this webinar useful.
