This course gave me a few more ideas for writing effective emails

VERY INFORMATIVE

This is less about writing effective email and more aimed at someone who has never written an email

The advice was very basic. This seemed more appropriate for high school students not adults. The further learning links at the end were much more helpful.

It is the best process to development of our skills in writing and speaking. It's is good way to correct our mistakes in communication in oral and verbal verses. Thank you

This course is well presented and enjoyable to listen to/see with well designed graphics and a well spoken presenter. The course covers everything from what CC and BCC is used for to how to write a title - it feels a bit basic for what the title appears to claim (perhaps needing to be changed to simply 'Writing Emails Training'). It could be this information is more aimed at those who do not write emails regularly but I would have liked to see a bit more of an 'advanced' approach (or perhaps an advanced course following this course to further dive into the topic).

The host of the course came across as very condescending. I understand that these course are meant for all levels but their tone came across as very patronising and deeming. You could also tell that their were reading a script.

This is all that matters in good communication which a lot of people out there ignore for a very long time.
