This might have been useful in the 80s or maybe now, for octagenarians who have never used a computer before. It doesn't cover writing skills and should be retitled: What is e-mail and how do I use it? However, the presentation format and the content delivery system is very good.
Having worked in many organisations over the years I can positively say that this course has a lot of original content

I can now use a few different tasks after watching the training.
I already understood most of the information, but were many useful tips I didn't.
To cut a long story short (apologies), excellent reminder to be concise and fully check before sending
