very clear but basic
The module covers the basics well. It is clear and concise, however I was hoping there might be more on etiquette of emails e.g. using capitals can be seen as shouting, the same with using the red font, things like that. I was hoping that it might be worth passing to some of our staff but having completed the course I think they would find it a bit insulting if I asked them to complete this. If you know nothing about email its a good introduction.
