Very useful to understand our legal obligations , even is we do not own a licensed premises. Perhaps more people should be aware of a licensee`s responsabilities.

Straight forward and well explained

Very interesting and informative. I gained knowledge of working in a licences premises which I was not aware of. The course also took some knowledge that I already have and confirmed it to be true. Overall the course is very Informative and detailed it covers a load of knowledge which is helpful while working in this particular environment.

Helpful course however would be easier if the clips were longer but fewer.

I found the course most interesting and learned a lot that i did not know .

I have worked in the licensed industry as a door supervisor for over 35 years and an sia trainer this course is perfect refresher for everyone have a go trust me....

I am a former license committee member and went through many training courses and sat on the bench for a number of years. This course has been a much needed advancement especially where ID is concerned.
