Very clear and concise, easy to understand. Good use of test process and useful documents attached to the training for download

Audio for most of the last 15 videos was missing. Had to rely on visuals to try and understand the content.
Found it difficult
I would say you can't beat the in person course with practical work involved as it could save a life and keeps use all familiar with all the equipment involved.
it couls be improved by making it specific for water industry with examples etc that were relevant
