The course reminds you of things we take for granted sometimes.
I enjoyed using the programme and understood the clear instruction. My only gripe was that the website crashed several times during the course and the tests which caused delays and increased the estimated time to complete the course.
Well presented, and covers all the essentials clearly, including detailed information applicable to advanced users.
EVERYTHING EASY TO UNDERSTAND
More practical to do this course than to attend a workshop elsewhere. I have learnt a lot this way without interruptions and the test at the end helped me to review what knowledge I have taken in from the course.
I learned a lot from this online workshop. There was just the right amount of information for an introduction to Working at Height.
Due to the work I'm currently doing, the health and safety had plenty of information for my needs. My line of work is a little less active and didn't need any of the construction based areas of this course. All though I felt it was quick to complete, I still believe it could of been shortened for my requirements. Maybe having a shorter course which would only cover ladders, and elevated surfaces. Further more, I thought it was a great learning experience and didn't 'bore' me. I'm looking forward to what other courses have to offer, and will try and rate all of them accordingly.Thanks.
