VERY SIMPLE TO FOLLOW USING VIDEO/WRITTEN EXPLANATIONS, NICE ONE.
This course felt like a good starting point to understanding safe working at height. While it's clearly intended to set people in the right direction rather than give you a comprehensive knowledge, the course gives you a great deal of useful information without becoming overly dense or inaccessible. Would recommend it to anyone about to start a role where at-height work played a key part.
