The content is fine and clear, but some practical examples would have been useful, particularly regarding fragile surfaces. The script could be improved: when you can see a stepladder, the title says Stepladders, and you're in the section introduced as being about stepladders, the word does not need to be repeated so frequently; it makes it easy to lose concentration.

for some reason the sound in my headphones that I was wearing as not to disturb other's in the office, kept going off when it started a new category, if I skipped to the second video in the sequence it would come back, strange and a bit distracting, when I got to the end, (Conclusion,) I tried to skip forward, but went into the test so I had to exit the test go back and remove the headphones to hear the end of the training, much to my work mates delight.
