made me more aware of what i can and cant do
Even if (like myself) you don't normally work at height, it's good to know the potential hazards, as anyone can be injured by falling objects & collapsing ladders etc.

Fully understood the course although it is sometimes difficult when working alone to fully follow procedures as written, especially when you have no one to support you. Otherwise enjoyed the course.
