It was a good training video but I would just like to mention one of the questions in test, it asked: "EVERY organisation needs to have a Accident Book" "True or False" I answered True as it said "Organisation", had it said business I would have said false as not every business has more than 10 employees but most of not all Organisations have more than 10 employees. Just a word definition issue I guess.
