A short straight to the point about the basics. Does not lose people with constant referrals to legislation. Its straightforward, gives necessary information that can be understood by others and i like the links to other media/info on some of the slides that can be used where necessary. Only query which may be harsh but maybe just my lack of understanding at the test area or oversight on my behalf is that i wonder if there is audio for the questions and answers to be spoken to the trainee if the trainee has reading/writing difficulties to assist completion?Overall a good short straight to the point training course.
