Very poor question wording in test
Good sound advice put in an easy to understand way.
Just had to think from an employee perspective as opposed to previous management roles.
Again another easy to follow course with helpful hints and tips
Very good introduction for somebody who has never been involved with WAH operations before, but otherwise very basic and I wouldn't rely on this as the basis for any competency of an operative on site
