excellent, very good graphics
Excellent instructors with clear speech, easy to follow. The information is presented & demonstrated in a clear manner without being patronising in any way. The ability to pause or rewind the video is excellent to enable thorough understanding.
Comprehensive and appropriate
Duration, scope and presentation style were very good. The presenter came across as having genuine experience from which I learned and the test represented a fair measure of the course content..

Good but unnecessarily detailed for work I do. Time consuming and mostly irrelevant.
Speaking on slides too fast. Question I got wrong was as a result of confusing information – they said if more than 10 workers then need accident book but on multiple choice the correct answer was all organisations should have one. Hard to complete these overly-long courses when work part-time.
