Took too long to get the point across - too one sided - would be better if it had been inclusive of both sexes .
An odd training course, identifies some inequalities which are covered with other training sessions and claims advice and suggested techniques are aimed at / for women. I would hope this training is provided for everyone in the organisation, not just the females... yes it provides some useful tools and tips for a person who lacks empowerment or confidence... but why is this assumed to be a woman in a leadership role? Should be more general to all.
