This Couse was very clear & conscise with a lot of relevant information in it - Thank you. It would be really helpful if I could access the Certificates of all my courses, to be able to print them off, as I didn't seem to be able to see them or do this for the last few Courses that I have completed, for some reason.
Easy to understand
very easy to understand, helps when its broken down to simplify it, making making notes to read easy. Goes into detail about what to do, offering you support and understanding in a situation.
Interesting course, Alot of procedures to go through but found with the course it keeps everyone safe
