Two much about language
This course was too centred around being able to name different types of behaviour (which isn’t that important, and is pretty easy if you have the right kind of mind). I have done dozens of these courses over 40 years and think ones based more on examples probably are more effective.

I was asked by my boss to complete this course and rate it's suitability within our organisation. I found the course to be really interesting and really opened my mind as to what it meant for me. Excellent course for managers which will make them think.

Great module for manages and really gets you thinking!
A good course for guidance & advice
An awareness of the natural bias can also be observed in others whilst working through this course daily checks for myself on bias has increased my self awareness & approach to situations. The challenge is to now decide how the business will approach staff bias.
