This was a good course, it used excellent imagery. Whilst I know you can replay the slides, the section with the different types of bias did move very fast so it was a little hard to take in.
Really helpful starter to think about one's unconscious biases and how they can play out in the workplace. I liked the short segments and the questions as you went along to increase focus. Knowing there is a test at the end can really help pay close attention to the material in the course.

A great reminder to approach everything with an open and enquiring mind also, particularly during working from home, that we need to ensure everyone feels included as a team members
One person talking at me is a bit boring. By contrast, the courses we do with Educare are more imaginatively constructed.
I found myself questioning my own "unconscious bias" which as the training will tell you, needs to be acknowledged, challenged and trained. This is an enlightening and thought provoking course, and I feel the learning's can be applied to our home, social and work life.
