Research points such as how much information your brain processed were not referenced. Very little in the course that was not obvious to me so felt patronising. Presenter was good but content not so.

This training is very good and very relevant to HTT. I would advise we add more real life examples which will help managers understand more of unconscious biasing practice the daily doing. The culture diversity is key to this business as it widen the knowledge gap and challenging our norms. I real enjoy all the slides and well-done to all involved in preparing this training.
The course content was excellent and really made me think, how I deal or think about different people and situations.
The training helped to open up my mind to start thinking objectively and always avoid jumping to conclusions or making assumptions. It is very useful not only to the office environment but also in our day to day life in the society we live in.
