I liked the pace and flow of the training and this helped make a very complex and potentially confusing and overlapping subject accessible.

A good programme which makes you question how you see things and the way you typically do things, both as an individual and as a business.

Really interesting and well done. Not complicated and all made sense.

It made me fully appreciate that 'change is good' and that one must always be prepared to challenge oneself as the leader of a Community in order to keep its direction fresh and relevant!

A short online course that aims to identify unconscious bias, both positive and negative, and highlight how these can be limiting in a work environment. It points out the problems this can cause and also benefits of changing one's mindset and the fundamental need to continue to challenge ourselves in the way we think. Some of the examples were clunky though.

I really enjoyed this Course. The only thing that was disappointing was that the system stopped me from getting 100%, and I was unable to rectify it. I took the Test and got the last question wrong. I selected to go back into the Course and after going through it I was hoping to start the Test again, but the system said I must complete the "unticked" items, even though all items were ticked. After doing this two or three times, I exited the Course only to find the Test had been completed and I was awarded 95%.

Its the only course where I have been engaged enough and found it relevant to download the modules. Very good.
