I found the balance of video and questions engaging. A little confused by some of the test questions - eg around negative bias, as something outside your norm could both strengthen or weaken negative bias - if you are open to the experience. So a little frustrated to have to go all the way back to the beginning to complete the test - although happy for the opportunity to refresh!

The course was basic, in that you would expect all managers in my line of work to know this material. However, it was very clearly presented and would help people to acknowledge and address bias in themselves without feelings of guilt.

I think that it is extremely important to evaluate and challenge how we consider and interact with our colleagues and other fellow human beings. Not only to realise their potentials but to also to do the same for ourselves. We can help create and promote a productive, happy and more inclusive work environment. The reflective challenge's proposed on this course helps achieve this.

The presentation was engaging and well delivered but some of the detail was less convincing, such as the voices we were supposed to be making assumptions about.

This was an interesting subject which made me consider my actions not only in the workplace but also in my personal life. The learning certainly made me think about my positive and negative attitudes and behaviours. The subject is something that I would like to explore further.

It makes you think that though there are individuals within the workplace that at times can be challenging! There may have reasons for their actions that may be should be forgotten and work with them as opposed to working against.

An excellent topic.
