More visual evidence based on a brain/cognitive thinking during the course. Found myself drifting off during the 3rd part of the course because the dynamic of broken up videos became too normal. Still that’s just nitpicking, was a fantastic course and definitely necessary for all management to be challenged on, especially in hospitality

One of the most relevant and enjoyable courses i've ever completed. It's important that companies reflect on discrimination (accidental or not) in a work environment. It's helped me reflect on my own actions and my subconscious as well!
