The content of this was excellent, but there was a lot of repetition, and the message could have been condensed in to a shorter course.

It was informative and clear, with plenty of examples.
It was good to make people of the unconscious bias that we have as humans and once we are aware of them we can challenge them and make better decisions.
The course leader mentions bias between the 2 genders, surely the is bias towards people who don't conform to either Male or Female?
Thoroughly relevant and thought provoking to challenge patterns of thought. Excellent training and I have previously completed 3 other UB trainings elsewhere - this was by far the best.Thanks
