Surprisingly insightful training. When I consider myself not to have many bias the training proves that we all do unconsciously. The trainer in the video presented very well and the formatting very modern and easy to follow. Appreciate that it is difficult to make online training very interactive, but more tasks or questioning would increase effectiveness. I have used other training suites where you have to match words and terms up for example which keeps the users concentration. However, overall - very good training.
There has been a fair amount of adverse publicity recently around unconscious bias training. This course dispels much of the concerns, usefully listing the different types of bias. Although its effectiveness is dependent on the willingness of individuals to acknowledge and challenge their own biases, with that proviso this course makes a valuable contribution.
A focused and effective training session with a good balance of personal presentation and slides that usefully summarised the issues and potential positive actions.
its just reminds you not to judge people and everyone has different talents which help to make the team more diverse in the decision making process including working with others makes use stronger as an organisation to deliver services to our customers
Makes this subject easily understood, and tells us why we need to work to acknowledge and challenge our biases. I found it stimulating, interesting and enjoyable. Highly recommended - thanks for such a great presentation.

This training should be mandatory for new employee induction, with managers having refreshers at least every two years. The learning material It caters for all types of learning, the video content summarise the course text brilliantly.
I am working for a company which wants to promote a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion - and I think encouraging everyone to complete this course is a very effective enabler to this. It helped me recognise some of my own unconscious biases (particularly effective moments were: when the presenter revealed her tattoo and when we heard the 3 voices and then saw the faces and heard the rest of what they had to say) I found the guidance on the decision making process very useful, and my favourite advice by far was to Be Curious and Be Kind 😊
Found it really interesting, particularly the Halo effect/Horns effect and contrast bias.
It stops and makes you think how you interact with others and the consequences associated with that action. Refreshing that it shows an appreciation that we all have bias which is quite naturally and that we need to acknowledge that and retrain ourselves where necessary.
