Its so true, all of what is said was me and without realising how we are ALL biased in the way we see things, how we deal with situation and people
As we get older we rely on experience that has been gained over multiple repetitions of similar events. The average of these gives us a fairly accurate assessment of the matter in hand. Although this may be regarded as bias, we cannot ignore the fact that the more the matter has been experienced the greater the chances of this bias being correct. We do not have time to challenge everything in the manner as described in this course.
A very thought provoking piece of training and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I found the training very clear and concise, with some great examples. Each module was the right length as well. Thank you
