This is an excellent course, of which I wish I took years ago. Prior to this course I had no idea what unconscious bias was, and how it shapes my interactions with others and more importantly the choices I make. Every few months, I want to take the course again as a way of consistently challenging my unconscious thoughts, so I can be fair in how I treat others. This course has opened my mind and has helped with self development.

A clear and useful course which challenges our all-too-often-lazy thinking in a positive way. Thank you.
