I started this training with a background knowledge in bias, stereotype, diversity and inclusion. However, l found out that my knowledge is a bit rusted and dated. I have since come to learn about different types of biases and other concepts such as 'halo effect' which have increased my knowledge and awareness of my own unconscious biases. Without a doubt, this new skills and knowledge will continually be applied in the course of my duties. I am now conscious of the fact that diversity and inclusion are indeed competitive advantage for any organisation.

This course was thought provoking and, as someone who had been the victim of bias, it has certainly made me challenge my own unconscious biases.

This course reinforces the need constantly to challenge one's assumptions, and provides very helpful strategies for recognising that need and addressing that. Thank you!

Excellent presenters. Easily accessible, clear and factual. The one question I got wrong was, I think, rather ambiguously phrased.
