This was a very interesting training course for me and very relevant for the society we live in today. To be honest, I don't think Bias will ever be eradicated because of human nature but I have learned a lot from this course very informative & true.
It is great to be remined of the unconscious bias we are all 'at times' guilty of.
The descriptions of the different types of bias were good, and ways to avoid/challenge them.
It is good practice to reduce biasness in all what we do
