A very good course, with some thought provoking information about how our un unconscious mind stores information, influences us and how we can challenge the effects this has on us.
Topic was very familiar to me, so as a result I didn't find the training particularly engaging. The format was unnecessarily repetitive and I found it training quite formulaic.
The course is very accessible because it is delivered in bite size chunks. Examples enhance understanding. The graphics and clarity of the narrative maintain engagement with the subject. In summary: a well designed and delivered short course.
Basic overview of unconscious bias. Same woman talking all the time - could have been a little more interesting with others included in session delivery.
Without the final section, it was very much a repeat of the Unconscious Bias training.
