Really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot. Will definitely encourage my managers to take the plunge and question their own biases.
It made me think about what my unconscious bias might be.Great tips on reducing it.
It's clear what the desired answers are at the end, but it leaves no scope for questions or alternative opinions. And that's all this is; 45 minutes of unsubstantiated opinion, masquerading as a helpful training tool. To take just one glaring example, it blindly assumes and informs us that 'diverse teams work better than non-diverse teams', but fails to back this up or attribute this wild generalisation. Yes, there's some common sense in there (intelligence duly insulted) but in essence this is outweighed by dogma and 'right-think'. I was disappointed to have passed. Oh, and the presenter can't pronounce 'decision' properly. I judged her. Shoot me.
The course is very well laid out and the content is excellent - really enjoyed the course and it taught me a great deal

The course was educational and backed up what I already believed was right before the training. It also gave me an opportunity to learn ways to combat any unconscious bias I may have harboured without my knowledge.
on line tick box training is good for some straightforward courses but this is a course where discussion and exchange of views and challenges is paramount. This did not provide that.
Useful overview, but difficult to tackle such a complex subject in this format. The example of the office guy speaking a different language was odd and didn't really work.
Brilliantly well structured and delivered.
I liked this course, it discusses a very important topic while making sure it fits within the company ethos.
