This course provided a good overview of the concept of unconscious bias, but most of the content is familiar from general leadership training courses. On its own, this course is not likely to change anyone's behaviour. Additional specific examples, graded exercises (not the do-on-your-own kind), and less obvious test questions would be helpful.

I found some of the examples (faces/voices) a little patronising.
Certainly encourages you to think in a different manner, can only be for the better.
Simple and effective. The key messages were put across clearly and the context to the workplace was well made. This is a module that every staff member should undertake as the concepts are universally important and can have enormous benefits to staff and organisation alike.
I found it interesting and useful because in short, I have learned ways to identify some of my unconscious bias. This should help me challenge them, ask questions rather than assume from previous experiences and act fairly based on the facts in front of me.
