It is a great training, personally I will adopt some of the tips given on this training and as a Company we found it incredible helpful as a support to manage our business
You like to think that you take people as you find them but taking the cues from this course you soon realise you still have work to do.
Good examples used to explain and demonstrate content.
Very detailed explanation of self awareness techniques and strategies (most of these I have used in my own workshops), and I am pleased to see it is being implemented for education in the workplace.
Was an eye opener for me. Never realized how much my unconscious was impacting decisions I was making.

Many interesting views on how and why we make, or dont make, the decisions the way we do. Great food for thought and an excellent way to teach yourself to mage level-headed decisions!
Makes me think about ideas and opinions that pop into my head that I don't even realize.
