This is something we are all aware of and it is good to take the training as it makes you more conscious of bias in your day. The coarse had a really good description of what unconscious bias is. I liked the bit about making decisions in the present based on experiences of the past.

This training was a very good eye opener, we assume to much that everyone understands where we are coming from.

That course help me to be sensibilised to the risks about a lot of mistakes we can make in our work & personal interractions with people and the consequences of it. I will try to be more concient about what influence my decisions and opinions.
It is a great training, personally I will adopt some of the tips given on this training and as a Company we found it incredible helpful as a support to manage our business
