I enjoyed the videos - I felt they were direct and quick, and kept my attention. I appreciated being able to go back to the program and it would pick up where I left off. I found the quiz specific to each of the videos. Well done.
This course introduced me to some unconscious biases which I'd not thought of before and I'm definitely going to try and be more aware of how I treat people.
This was an interesting Course and raises questions about decision-making across a range of areas.

I found the course opened my eyes to some potential bias I may have to people and situations without realising the effects it may have on myself and employees. I found it interesting and rewarding.
Good info, but a bit long. Think it could be condensed a bit and not lose any impact.
I've been with Linamar 25 year and this is one of the better training sessions.
