Good content, but the course is quite repetitive and could be shortened to 30 minutes by removing some of the excess content. However, repetition does help to emphasise the main points.
It was good to revisit these types of bias that can be prevalent in our day to day existence without even knowing. Found it a little long (45 min) but it was helpful.
Very good, informative and uses good visuals to help demonstrate the point in question. Some parts seem to still have gender specific references eg - refers to either a man or a woman as if there are only 2 options - may require an update. The content is relevant and deals with the myths, unconscious bias is not something to feel guilty about. ACT gives a clear message on how to respond to bias.
