This online course gave me many things to think about. I used to consider myself open and unbiased. I think differently now. Knowing I have biases, looking for biases and challenging my thoughts and perceptions will open me up to change, progression and building a better/stronger team. Thank you.
Extremely well delivered, with good examples of where biases "hide" in your memory and experiences. Makes you look at people all around you, from a shop keeper or road sweeper up to a senior manager, with an open mind about each of their abilities and skill sets, and their personalities.

The information was very interesting but would of been better in a closed atmosphere without any interruptions. It is very difficult to take training courses in the current environment and be able to score good.
